After a couple of weeks of hit or miss land-based salmon action, they have returned back into Anderson Inlet. Once again, Pensioners Point was the hot spot. Fish to 2.5 kg were taken yesterday on the last of the run in tide and the run out tide through to dusk. This morning, the action continued on the run in tide. Pearl and white metal lures did the job in the overcast conditions with fish to 2 kg being landed. Turi again had a great morning with a 3 fish bag that weighed 4kg.
Take advantage of the unseasonal warm spell and get amongst it.
