Brent from Swan Hill has caught and released many fish in his Hobie Outback. This is his personal best Murray Cod that measured 110cm and 48lb taken when trolling lures. After photos, this fish was returned to water in good health.

Hi Guys,
My next claim to fame! Caught in the inlet from my Hobie Outback, just out from the angling club with my terrific new rod ( great advice Mick) and a soft plastic! The water was so clear ( Sunday) that I watched it chasing the plastic then caught it, as I was reeling it in it got off but with a quick peddle I was right in its face again with my bait and wham... made a very nice tea!

Just a brief message to say a special 'thankyou' to you for all your time and patience in assisting me with my recent purchase of a 'Hobie Outback'.
My 'maiden voyage, (as you know), was. on a very blustery Anderson's Inlet, which as it turned out, was just the ideal scenerio to give the 'Outback' a thorough test in very trying conditions, which, I'm happy to say, it came through with 'flying colours'!
John Hobie (Revolution 13) and Judith (Hobie Outback) were fishing this afternoon from their kayaks in Anderson Inlet. They launched from the beach at the end of Pimble Avenue. They fished the weedbeds with pipi. After catching and releaseing a few small flathead, Judith landed this 53cm Flathead on pipi.
