Large schools of Australian Salmon are making there way inside the mouth of Anderson Inlet. From kayak or boat, you will have an action packed session trolling or spinning lures.
The current water temperature is 15 degrees and on each incoming tide, the schools are progressing further into the Inlet.
For land-based anglers, the entrance to Anderson Inlet has been productive two hours either side of the high tide. Boaters and kayakers are working the main channel from the Snags to the Bar at the mouth of Andersons Inlet.
Best lure types. Williamson Gyro, Halco Streaker, Juro Lazer, White 3 and 4" Octopus, Smith Jigs and Sealrock Pilchards. The pick of the colors are Pearl, Sardine, Red Head and Blue Chrome.
